own extensive land holdings or other established estates.

Plans from our extensive range. Alterations to suit your needs
from these plans. Advice and input to your own
plans if needed. Architect drawings if required. Quotation and estimates of
the selected plan.

Advice in selection of materials,
building supplies, brand names, supply companies and
inclusions from our recommended range.
Advice on soil tests, engineers
reports, local authority approvals, state authority
approvals, permits, and any other recommendations
necessary. Recommendations of landscape
design and laying, interior designs and material selections,
colour choice selection and coordination. Recommend the selection of
builder and sub-contractors. |
